Portuguese PORTO set

Good Morning all I hope you are all well
on this Saturday morning.
I'm hoping the weather is better today as
it was really cold yesterday.
What are you all up to this weekend anything nice.
I'm off to the range for some goodies for
my DT work everything seam to run out all at once.

For todays card I have used the new dies from
Sue Wilson which you can obtain from
And I think they are wonderfully priced.
And they have all of them in stock.

I have used the Portuguese Porto die set.
I'm sorry the photo is not very clear
on the centre piece behind the butterfly.
I started with a 8-8 white card
I cut a mat out of pink card and I then cut
Aperture's at both sides of it by using the
Gemini LYRA die by sue.
I them added this to my card.
Next I cut all the layers from the Porto set
out of pink and white card.
Using foam pads I added this to the centre
of my card.

Next I cut 6 of the foldover flower die.
To make this flower you fold it over and run
some Creative expression clear glue along the edge.
I found it were easier to use a quilling pen to
roll them up and just pop a little glue
at the edge.
I added them to my card by using my hot glue gum.
I made use all the bottom of the flower had
glue on it so it didn't unroll.

I the cut four of the new Maidenhair fern out
in white then I added these to my flowers.
I then cut a large butterfly out of pink and
white card.
I then added this to the centre of my card.
To finish off I added some gems to the corners.

That's all for today and I thank you if you
should leave me any comments
and I would love to return the favour and
visit you.

Have a lovely weekend

Debs xx
