Madam Daisy

Good morning friend's followers and visitor's
I hope you are all well on this Friday morning. That's
another week gone I just don't know where the weeks are
going. It's only 8 week till Christmas.

Any way back to the card I have for you today.
I have used the Cute Daisy May cd from Whoopsidaisy.
You can obtain this from

I started with a white 8"x8" card and I mat and layered it with
two different shades of cream card. Before I glued them
down I wrapped a piece of cream ribbon aroud
the centre of my top mat.
Then I printed off my topper and I cut it out with a
marriane die. But while it were in the die I inked around
the edges with the creative expressions blending ink.
Then I used the same ink to go over all of the image
just to take the bright white of the topper.

Before I glued the topper drown I went around the edges
with a cream piece of lace. Then I added it to the centre of
my card. I then added a posie of flower's to the bottom
of my topper.

Next I tuck a piece of cream satin ribbon and inked a long it
with the same ink as before.
It just makes it look two tone rather than just cream
I added it to the side of my topper.
To finish with I added some cream pearls to the corner's.

That's all for today and I thank you for dropping by.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

Many Thanks

Haberdashery

Good morning all I hope you are all well on this
dark Tuesday morning.
And if not I send you crafty hugs.

For today's card I have made a stepper card which is so appropriate
for me as I got a new Singer sawing machine and it is wonderful
as mine were 35 years old and I think I whore it out.

I started off with a A5 stepper card
in cream.
I have used a sheet of toppers from card creations called
Haberdashery.
I firstly mat and layered some paper that I had in my
stash with scissors on and I went around the edge with a pen
to look like stitching.
Next I added my singer sawing machine to the centre of
my card. I added a tag with singer on to the top of my topper.
I also added some cotton bobbins to the bottom.

Next I added a sawing machine to all of the steps of my card.
And to finish with I added bobbins and a Jones label
a cross the bottom of my card.

That's all for today and thank you for
all your well wishes that you have been sending
me while I've not been well.

Many Thanks

Flutter Bugs

Good morning all I hope you are all well on this
Friday morning that's another week over I don't know where
the time is going.
What are you all up to today I'm going out today  for a change
I'm going to the open day at Once upon a stamp if I don't get lost
on the way Lol.

I didn't think I were going to be able to make with post
as I couldn't upload any of the picture's it just would do it but
I went away for a hour came back and it worked.
Stupid computer's I had no trouble till I went to Window's 11
But never mind it's done now.

I were sat last night cutting this card out and playing with all the
Embellishments and I came up with this card shape
just for a change. I'm just trying to do different things lately
as I were getting a little board with square cards.

For this one I just folded mountain and valley folds
I mat and layered it with some pink glitter card and a paper
from a CD
I then wrote my verse on the pc and cut it out with a labels die.
I added this to the centre of the back.
I then cut out all the flower's and the little dragon flies.
and I just played arranging then over the steps
of the card.
To finish with I added a sentiment on to the front step.

That's all for today and I hope that you all have a good one
and a great weekend so I will see you back here tomorrow.

Many Thanks

Spellbinder's flower's

Good morning all I hope you are all well this morning and if
not I send you some big crafty hugs.
Today's card is a really fresh card for these cold mornings
we are having.
For the next few day's I'm going to try and bring back
some of the older dies, it's a shame that they just sit in folder's
and be forgotten. So today is the start of it.

I started with a A5 white card and I mat and layered it with a royal blue card.
Next I cut a smaller mat out of pale blue which I embossed
with a dotty folder. I added these to my card.

Next I cut my border die that goes across the bottom out of
cream card. I'm sorry I cant remember what this die is called
as I have had it so long. Before I added it to the card I wrapped
a piece of pale blue seam binding through the top of it.
I added it cross the bottom of my card. And I then
cut a large flourish out of cream card which I added to the
top half of my card.

Next I cut some flower's with the spiral dies which I
added to the side of my card with lots of different paper flower's
I think it looks great with the mix of hand made flower's
and bought flower's. In cream and blue.

To finish this one I tied a large messy bow out of pale
blue seam binding I added it to the side of the flower's
and I put a gem on to the centre of the bow.

That's all for today and thank you all for your continued support
and the lovely comments that you leave me.

Many Thanks

Glittered Snowflake

Good morning friend's follower's and visitor's
I hope you are all well on this Wednesday Morning it's very
cold here this morning.
I think winter is here now.

For today's card I sat and played for awhile just to try and do
something different.
I started with a 8"x8" white scalloped card which I cut a aperture
out of the centre.
I then cut a strip of Christmas vellum which I folded like a fan
I then joined the edges together. I then glued it to behind the Aperture.
I then just added a glitter peel off around it.

Next I stamped my snowflake several times on the vellum
and I embossed it with glitter embossing powders.
I cut them out and stacked them on top of one another.
I added it t the centre of the card.

Next I stamped the smaller snowflakes in the same way as the centre one.
six time so that I added three to the top corner and
three to the bottom.
To finish off I added gems to the centre of each flake.

That's all for today and I thank you for all your continued
support.

Many thanks
