Be My Valentine

Good morning all on this
New years eve I hope you are all
Ready for a big night out.
Or if you are like me I'm staging
In our of the cold.
I think I'm getting too old for going
Out in the cold.

Now back go today's card I started with a
7"-7" white scalloped card.
I covered it in a lovely shade of
Pale blue paper..
Next I cut a panel of pale blue checked
Paper that I mounted on to white card.
I than added it straight on to my card.

Next I cut another panel out of
Pale blue pollkadot paper and I
Mounted this on to white card.
Before I stuck this panel down
I wrapped a piece of red ribbon around it.

I then printed off my image from
The whoopsidaisy digi design CD.
I then printed
Be My Valentine just above the image.

I then cut it out with the second largest
Die in the label 29 set
And then cut out of a lovely shade of pale
Blue polka dot paper with the
Largest die in the set.
With foam tape I added it to the
Centre of my card.
I then tied a large white bow out
Of white organza ribbon
And I added it to just below my topper.

That's all for this year and I wish you all
Well for 2015.
And for my new years resolution is to be a better
Blogger and to try and do a card a day.

It would be lovely if you could leave
Me your thoughts on this card.
And I would love to visit your blog if you have one.

Many Thanks
And A Happy New Year

Musical Fairy

Good morning all my fellow bloggers
And passes by's
And I would like to welcome
Kate wiles and Lorraine Lowe to my blog family.
I'm sure you will join in the chats.

Well I don't know about you but its freezing here
And very dark. We have
Still got snow on the ground.

Now back to today's card it is something new to me
As I'm not a stamper but when I saw these
Stamps on the front of the
Card making and paper craft magazine I thought
I would give it ago.
And I must had mit that its not turned out
Too bad.

I started with a 7"-7" cream scalloped card
That I covered with a pretty lilac paper.
I then cut two more mats out of more pretty papers.
I put the first one on straight and then the
Second one at a angle.
I then wrapped a piece of cream lace and a piece
Lilac ribbon around my card.
Next I stamped my image on to cream card.
I cut it out and mounted it onto lilac card.
I then coloured the wings in with lilac spectrum noir pen.
I then added this onto my card straight.

Next I added some lilac gems into the corners.
And to finish with I tied a large
White bow out of organza ribbon.

That's all for today it would be lovely if you could leave me your thoughts on this card.
I have really enjoyed making this card by using
A stamp. I'm now sure I will be having another go at stamping.

Many thanks for taking the time to stop by.

Many thanks

My Little Angel

Good Morning all followers and passes by's I would just like to welcome Kevin to my blog.

I hope you all have had a good Christmas and getting ready for the new year.

I hope the weather is better where you are cos
Its dark and cold and snowy here I think
Its a day to stay in and craft.
And then I may do a little ironing.
What are you all up to today.

Back to today's card I made it to go with some
Flowers to take to the crematorium for my mum
Who I dearly miss everyday.
It is a A5 card that I covered with lilac card.
And I then wrapped a piece of white lace
Around it.

Next I cut the Spellbinders lace doily die
Out of lilac card. And I then glued my
Topper onto it.
The topper is a hobby house design I inked around it with
Distress inks.

I then added it to the centre of my card
Using foam tape.

I then tied a large bow which I added to the
Top left corner
I then printed off my sentiment and cut it out
With a smaller die from the lace doily die set.
I added it to the top right using foam tape.

To finish off I added some pretty paper flowers
To the bottom of my card.

I would just like to thank you for stopping by
As I know what a busy time of the year for us all.
I wish you all a Happy New Year for 2015.

I would be so happy if you could just leave me your
Thoughts on this card.

Hope you all are fit and well today as we

Which I love their images.
With the smallest die from the decorative circles
I cut a purple mat for my topper to sit on.

I then tied a large white and lilac bow
Which I glued on to the side of my card
With my hot glue gun.
I then added two stick pins into my bow.

Then to finish off with I added some pretty paper roses
To the side of the topper

Kraftyhands

Good afternoon freinds and followers
Im sorry im late at posting today but
I've had one busy morning.
First I had to take Dad to the crematorium
To put flower for mum.
Then I've been to Iceland to do some shopping.
And then I've now got mince pies in oven.
So now I'm having a culpa and a catch up.

Now back to today's card its made
By using a Kraftyhands CD.
I really love the vintage images on it.
I'm sorry I can't remember
What the CDs called.

I've used all different shades of
Browns and and creams on this card
As I think that's what vintage is.

That's all for today and I hope you all
Have a wonderful Christmas and
A happy new year.

I would love it if you could leave my
Your thoughts on this card.
And if you have a active blog I would love
To visit it.

A Vintage Girl

Good morning not long to go for the big day
First I must apologise for how dark the photos are.
I did everything to get it lighter but it just
Wouldn't happen.

I love the background paper I just wish i could
Find some more.

Before I stuck it down I wrapped a piece of
Cream vintage lace around it.

I then cut out my image with the
Spellbinders radiant rectangles die.

I then added it to the side of my card
Using double sided foam tape.

I then tied a large cream bow that I added
To the top of my card with two hatpins
I then glued a rose on to the top of it.

To finish with I added some paper flowers
To the bottom of my topper.

I would like to thank you for
Taking to time to stop by and leave your comments
I love to visit your blogs.
Its so nice to share our ideas.

Many thanks

My little cherub

Good morning all hope you are all well
Now that I've finished with Christmas cards
Its time to look to brighter times.
And I think that this card certainly does that.

This is a 8"-8" card which I added two different
Backing papers.
I stamped my image and coloured it with
Spectrum noir pens.

I then cut it out with the smallest die from
The spellbinders grand decorative circles.
And while still in the die I went around the edges

With a pink disstrested ink.
I added it to the centre of my card with
Doublesided foam tape.

I then tied a large bow out of pink organza ribbon
I then made two hatpins for the bow.

With my hot glue gun I stuck a lot of paper
Flowers all around the side of my topper.

To finish off I glued some rose ribbon
Across the bottom.

I do hope you like this card as much as I do.
It would be lovely if you could leave me
Your thoughts on this.
So that I could visit your blog.

Many thanks

Oh Christmas Tree

Good morning all well its only one week to go to
The big day.
And this is my last Christmas card for this year
At last.

I started with a A5 white card
And I have used the
Sue Wilson's Christmas tree die set

I embossed the rays and I added glitter to them.
Nest I cut out the tree of green mirri card.
Using creative expression's dry clear glue
I added this to my card.

I also cut two corners and a sentiment
Out of green mirri card.

To finish with I added my sentiment
Just under the tree.

That's all for Christmas cards this year.

One Christmas Angel

Good morning all hope you are all well on this
Wednesday morning.

Today's card is one of the last Christmas cards
I'm making I have now had enough of them.
I seam to have been making them forever.

I started off with a A5 card which I covered in red.
Next I cut a white frame.
Next I cut my Angel out of white card.
It is the Sue Wilson's die set.

I added this to the upper of the centre of my frame.

I then cut out my sentiment out of white
And using clear dry glue I added
It just below my angle.

To finish I tied a large white bow
Out of white sheer ribbon and
I also added some snowballs to the bow.

Thank you for stopping by and
Taking time out as we are all so
Busy this time of the year.

A Touch of Vintage

Evening all hope you all having a relaxing evening
This a card that I made awhile ago
And I didnt put it on here as I were not sure about it.
I really love the vintage look. I can't remember
Where I got this backing paper from but I love it.

I started with a 8"-8" cream card that I cut a mat out of
This lovely paper. I then wrapped a piece of
Cream lace around the side of it before
I stuck it down.

Next I used a die to cut a frame for my image.
The image is from one that I downloaded
From the internet.
I them added this to the side of my card.

I then tied a messy bow out of a caramel seam binding.
I added this to my lace.

To finish off with I made two hatpins
That I put into the bow.

I would love to here your thoughts on
This one as I didn't think it was any good
For putting on here.

Many thanks

All My Love

Good Morning all well its nice to be back blogging.
I'm sorry I've not been around for the last week
As I've not been well my health as took a turn for
The worst.
And I would just like to take a minute to thank
Judy and Hazel for their lovely and caring words
And support I think if it hadn't been for their
Support I don't think I would be bothered to do any crafting.
Anyway back to today's card I made this for my wonderful husband of 22years on the 19th.

I have used a embossing folder that I got free
With a magazine and I were really pleased with
The way it turned out it is called
Swirly heart.
And i also used the heart dies from tonic
I thought it was perfect for a anniversary card.

I'm now feeling a lot better just for spending a little time
In my craftroom and making this card.
It just shows that crafting is the best medicine
There is its certainly better than taking drugs.

That's all for today and I'm sure I will be back tomorrow
Thank you for taking the time out to stop by.
I know it is a busy time of the year.

I would love it it you could leave me your thoughts
On this card.
And if you have a active blog I would love to visit it.

Thanks again to Judy and Hazel.

Hugs
