Serena's Birthday

Good morning friend's follower's and visitor's
I hope you are all well on another wet and windy day
just stay safe in this bad weather.

For this card I have used some free downloads that I got
along time ago but never got around to using them.

I started off with a 8"x 8" white card In which
I covered with my backing paper.
I is so gorgeous this paper that it's a shame to cover it up.
I printed off my topper and I mat and layered it onto
white and pink card.

Before i down my backing paper I wrapped a piece of pink
lace around it. Then I add my topper to the top corner
trying not to cover too much of the background.

Next I cut out my flower's out of a pearl vellum
which I think looks good.
I then added a gem into the centre of each flower.

To finish off with I tied a very large bow out of deep pink
ribbon. I added this to the bottom of my topper.
I then added a flower gem into the centre of the bow.
I got these from Primark it was a bracelet which I cut up
bargain at £2.00.
I then made two stick pins which I added the the bow it
just finishes it off.

That's all for now and I hope that you have a lovely day.

Many Thanks

The mad Scientist

Good Morning Ladies and Gents I hope you are all well
on this Wednesday morning Today I have another Male card
from the new kit called Ladie's and Gentlemen from the
wonderful Kraftyhands I think this kit is wonderful for the men in our
life's.

For this card I have made my own cogs from the Spellbinder's
cog dies. I cut them out on black card and then with some gold, silver
and bronze gilding wax's I just rubbed the wax on in different
places so that they look old and rusty.

I started with a 7"x 7" card which I matted it with some dark metal
looking card and then a mat from the kit.
Next I cut out my Topper and matted it on to the largest cog
which I added to the centre of my card.

I then added the other cog's to the top and bottom corner.
To finish with I added some pearls to the corners.

That's all for today and I thank you for taking the time to
stop by and comment I do really appreciate them.

Many Thanks

A real Gentlemen

Good morning Ladies and Gents I hope you are all well.
On this wet and dark morning.
What are you all up to today I'm off to the hairdressers
this morning and then to the craft room for the afternoon.

Today's card Is another one from the wonderful Kraftyhand's
New paper kit called Ladies and Gentlemen.
I must say that I hate making men's cards but I have found that
I have loved making these cards as the Images and the papers
are wonderful and they all go with one another.

For this card I started with a 7"x 7" white card and I cut in to it
on the front I cut about a centimetre down from the top to a
centimetre from the open edge I then folded this back on
its self.

I inked around all the edges of the card I then added a 6"x 6" backing
paper from the kit to the front of the card.
I added a piece of backing paper to the inside of the card from my stash.
I cut out my topper and I matted it on to a piece of the
same paper as the inside.

I tied a very small bow for me lol and i added it to the top corner.
I also added a sentiment from the kit to the top corner.

To finish off with I added some pearls to the corner's
of the folded back frame.

That's all for today and I hope to see you all in the morning.

Many Thanks

I started with a A5 cream card which I cut a mat out of a gorgeous
floral card and then a mat out of cream.
Which I embossed with a Sue Wilson embossing folder.
I wrapped a piece of crushed silk ribbon around the bottom
of the top mat.
I then mat and layered the topper with gold mirri board.
I then added it to the top of my card with foam tape.

I then tied a large bow and I added a string of pearls in with it.
I the added the bow just below the topper.
I then added a cream resin flower to the centre of the bow.

Butterfly Stepper card

Good morning all I hope you are all well this morning.
Today's card Is a stepper card that I have wrapped a piece
of butterfly Acetate over my cream card.
It just adds a little mote dimension to the card this photo
doesn't really show it  up too well.

I started by scoring my Cream base card and than I scored my
Acetate. where I scored my card at say 2in I scored my Acetate at
a fraction larger so that the acetate would sit perfect on the card.

I then added my topper to the centre step. And for the side steps
I cut a piece of gold card which I wrapped a piece of cream lace
around it. I then added them to the side of my topper.
I then added a pink flower on to the centre of the lace.

For the front of my card I glued a string of pearls across it
and I added a pink organza bow to the centre of the front .
To finish with I added glitter to my topper but I'm sorry it doesn't
show on the photo.

That's all for today and I thank you all for your continued
support.
And I hope that you all have a lovely day.

Many thanks

Window card

Good morning all I hope you all have had a lovely weekend.
I had a wonderful day on Saturday in York but I
were so tired when I got home that's why I didn't do a post
on Sunday.

On Sunday I went to the Ross craft show and got lots of
goodies so I have been sorting out my craft room and found these
paper's so I thought that I would use them.

First of all I made a A5 card and on the front I used
a template to make the windows.
Next I folded another piece of blue card and I placed
it inside the card and I then lined a topper up so that it
were centred in the window.
I have glittered the topper but it doesn't show on
the photo.
I then cut a strip of card frond the same pack of card
and I added this across the bottom.
And to finish with I added a sentiment at the top from my stash.

That's all for today and I thank you all for you continued
support.

Many thanks

Whoopsidaisy Challenge Lots of layer's

Good morning all friend's and follower's and visitor's
I hope you are all well and if not I send you crafty hugs.

Today is the start of a new challenge over at whoopsidaisy
and the theme of it is Lots of Layer's.
And the cd that I have used was the Tots, teens and in betweens.

I started by printing off my topper and the card size is just a little larger
than a A5 card.
After I printed off my image and cut it and then it hit me I hadn't
got any papers to go with it. And while I were going through
all my card boxes all 20 A4 of them I got to the last
one and found this dotty paper that I got from lidl and I just
couldn't believe how it matched the ribbon on her hat what a stroke
of luck was that.
I cut several layers of mats and the top one I embossed
I then added my topper to the top half of my card.
I then cut a strip of card which I wrapped a piece of ribbon around.

I then tied a large bow which I added to the ribbon at the bottom.
And I added bow topper that I got from poundland I buy
cheap jewellery from Primark and poundland and cut them up.

To finish with I added some liquid pearls to the corners.
So why not pop along to Whoopsieday and join in the challenge
Here
and see what the Design Team have been making.

That's all for today and I thank you all so much for your
continued support and I'm so sorry that some days I cant always
