Classy Birthday Card




Good morning well it soon gets around to Friday I dont know about you but the weeks are flying by I just can't believe that its nearly Christmas. I've not even made my Christmss cakes I've usually got them all done by now.
So I'm going to have to start them at the weekend.

To make this card I started with a 8"-8" white card
I cut a pale blue mat and a pale blue and white polka dot mat.
Then before adding them to my card I wrapped a piece of pale blue lace and a deer blue ribbon around them.
I then added it to my card.

I printed off my image from the Ruby Reds CD
Stepping out to spring.

I then cut it out with spellbinders
Floral oval die set.

I then added it to the front of my card just to the right of my card.

I added some white and pale blue roses to the botton of my image.

Then I tied a messy bow out of blue lace and seam binding.
I then added the to the side of my image.

To finish off I added some gems to the corners
And a rose cartoush to my bow.

Mother of the bride





Good morning all my fellow bloggers and visitors I do hope you are all well on this Thursday morning.
I don't know about you but I think this weather we are having is strange weather its so dark here but its quite warm for the end of October.

Today's card is for the mother of the bride I made it by using the new CD from Cara from Ruby Red it is called stepping inspring. You can get it from
I printed the image off and I then coloured it in by using
Crafter's companions spectrum noir pens and you can get them from

I then cut it out with the spellbinders labels 28
And with blush card I cut the A2 Define Eloquence card creator by spellbinders. You can get the dies from
I then added my image on to this die cut.
I then cut a mat out of glitter card for my die cuts to sit on.

I started off with a 8"-8" white card I then cut a mat out of blush card on which I added onto my card.
And the I cut a mat out of a polka dot blue card I added this to my card.

I then added my image on to my card but just off centre.
I tied a very large bow out of very wide blush satin ribbon
And I then added it to the side of my image.
I also added two stick pins to my bow. And then a diamond cartouche on the my bow it just finishes it off.

Next I added some paper roses to the bottom corner.

To finish off I added some gems to all corners

Let's celebrate with ruby red





Good morning all my friends and followers and passer bye.
Hope you are all well on this dark Tuesday morning.

I'm having a lazy day today I may go into my craftroom for a while and play with new new card that my friend Kath Mills as given me.
She is one lovely lady and I'm so please to call her my friend.

Today's card is made by using the grand circles dies
I cut the largest die out with a dark purple card and the next size down out of lilac card the the next size down in a pink silk board and the I cut a circle out of heavy glitter card.

Next I printed off my image off from the celebrate with ruby red CD.

Next I cut it out with the smallest die in the set
I added some of Kathy Mills glitter on to the dresses.
Kathy mixes this glitter her self and its beautiful.
I layered all the latest on top of each other
Using double sided foam tape.

I then tied a large bow out of three different ribbons
I added it to the side of my image.
And to finish off with I added some pretty flowers
To the other side of my topper.

whoopsidaisy challenge Halloween






Good morning to my followers and and to passers by.
Today's card is a Halloween card for the whoopsidaisy challenge

I started with a 8"-8" white card on which I added a red mat. And then a white one which I embossed it with a terrecia Collins embossing folder.

Hi then added my topper just off centre .
I them cut two daisy's out of red and white card.

I finished with a red seam binding bow.

Slaigh ride




Good morning Friends Follower and passes by's.
I hope you all are well on this dark sunday morning.
As everyone of you remembered to alter your clocks back.

Todays card is a really quick Christmas card.
I started with a 8"-8" white card i then cut some mats in red and white

With the top mat I used the crafter's companion
Card creator die.
While it was still in the die I inked it with a distress ink.
And then I added it to the front of my card.

To finish with I tied a red bow and then I added it 
To the to corner.

step in to spring wedding





Good morning all on this dark and miserable Saturday
I hope you all have a good weekend in what ever you are up to.
I've got a busy day today I've got to go to town which I hate on a Saturday and then its a trip to add a.
And finally I'm going to my sisters with her birthday cards.

Just to cheer us up on this miserable day is a spring wedding card. That I made by using the new CD from
Ruby Red Crafts.

And it is called step in to spring CD.

I started with a 8"-8" white card that I cut a mat out of silver mirri board.
Then I cut a smaller mat out of white linen look card.

Then i cut a large heart with the Tonic heart dies.
And out of deep pink card I cut a smaller heart from the same set. I then added it to the centre of my card front.

I then printed off my image from the CD and I cut it out by hand leaving a white border around it. I then added it to the centre of the heart using glue gel.

I then cut three flowers out from Sue Wilson's rose die set
Which you can get from

I added them to the bottom corner of my card and then I added a paper rose into the centre of each rose.

I then added a gem corner to the opposite corner.
To finish off with I tried a bow and added it to the top corner and then I put some gems to all corners.

Poppy Day




Good Afternoon fellow bloggers friend and passer bye.
Well its soon come around to Friday. I don't know where the time as gone this week.
Today's card is for the poppy appeal chartity

The finished card is just a bit larger then a A5 card.

The poppies are made by using the spellbinders poppy die
And the leafs are from Sue Wilson.

Like my Tattoo





Good morning all well I say good morning but weather wise its cold and dark.

Today's card is made by using the new CD from ruby red crafts.
Its called step in to spring and its beautiful I love all the images on it. Theirs something for everyone like nationality's and what I like about some of the images have got tattoos you don't see images like these anywhere.

I cut my image out with the spellbinders card creation 
5"-7" Mystical Embrace die set.
I then cut s purple mat for this to sit on.

I started with a 8"-8" white card
I then cut a purple mat and the a white one and then a lilac one.
I then added my topper just off set it on the from of my card.
I then tried s large bow out of white organiser ribbon
With my hot glue gun i added it to the side
Of my topper.
I added a few flowers to the bottom corner and a few gem to the corners.
To finish off I made two hat pin which 
I added to my bow.

Cheers to spring





Good morning all hope you are all well but if not big hugs to you.
I hope the weather is better than here where ever you are.
I hope you all have a good day in what ever you are doing.
I'm going to have a crafting day with all my stash that I got on Sunday.

Today's card is made by using the new CD from Ruby Red Crafts.

I also used the couture creations, Ornamental lace die 
For my flower that also from ruby red crafts.

I printed off my image and cut it out with the A2 card creator Devine Eloquence die which you can get from

 I cut a mat out of brown card for my topper
To sit on. I cut a mat if blush card and I embossed it.

I also cut a brown mat for that to sit on I then mounted it on to a white 8" square card.

I added my topper just off centre. I then cut my flower out of silver mirri card I then added it to the top corner of my card.
I then tied a messy bow out of peach organza
Ribbon. I added it to the bottom corner of my card with some silk flowers.

whoopsidaisy Challenge card Lots of Embellishments





Good morning all and I would just like to say a big hello to my new followers. I do hope you enjoy visiting me.

Today card I love as I love this embossing folder which came with my new Embossed machine which came yesterday so I've been playing.
This is my second Embossed as I burned my first one out by i thick over use.lol.
And this one is a second version and I think it's even better
I were cutting all day yesterday and I didn't have to put anything back in to second cut. The pressure is a lot better than my first one.
This Embossing folder can with it and I really like it.

To start with I printed off my image from whoopsidaisy digital Designs CD.

I started with a 8"-8" white card on which I added a red mat and then I cut a white mat that I embossed.

I cut my topper out with spellbinders labels 28
Then I cut the larger die out of red card.
I then added them to the centre of my card.

I then cut six flower's out of red and white card.
I added three to the top corner and three to the
Bottom.
I added some red silk roses into the centre
Of each flower.

I then tied a large bow out of red seam binding.
I glued this to the side of the topper.
To finish with I added a very large gem onto the centre of the bow.

Miss Apricot

A little book of poems




Good morning all hope you are all will
I would like to welcome my new followers
To my blog.
I hope you have better weather than we have here.
Its so dark I didn't really want to
Get out of bed this morning as
Its so dark but can't lay in bed all day.
It would be nice though.

Todays card is a lovely shade of
Cream and peaches you wouldn't
Think so with the look of the flowers
But they are peach not brown.

For my best friend






Good morning all well its like the middle of winter here this morning. Its cold dark and wet here.
Its the perfect day to stay in and craft.
I've got to go out later for my flu jab not looking forward to that.

Back to today's card I'm not really happy with the photo
As it as come out a lot darker than it really is.
The green background is a lovely shade of jade.
And pale pink bow.

Let's Celebrate






Morning all how are you all doing today I hope you all are well but if not hugs to you.

I'm sorry about the colours on this card it is a lot nicer in real I just couldn't get it to show any better than this.
The colour is a lovely Dusky Pink and Cream.

I started by printing the image from Celebrate with Ruby Red CD I made this card a while ago and I forgot to post it.
I'm sorry but I'm not sure what dies I have used.

I used I think labels 28 to some Dusky pink satin card
And with the next size down I cut my topper out.
Then I added them to the centre of my card.

I cut four flowers out and I added them to the bottom corner.

Next a tied a very large and lavish bow out if seam binding
I also added a ribbon slider to my bow.
With my hot glue gun I glued it to the side of my topper.

little miss bunting





Good morning all hope you are all well im sorry I've been missing for a few days but it as though there's not enough hours in the day lately.

But I think I have court up with everything.

So today's card is from using the Whoopsidaisy Celebrate with Ruby Red CD.

I started off with a 8-8 inc card that I foldered the front
Down to make a triangle to the front.

I then printed off my topper and a backing paper from the CD.
I then covered the inside of my card with the backing paper.

Next I cut the largest die in the set of the 5"-7" Elegant labels 4 in a bright pink mirri board.

Then with the second die down I cut the image out with it.
I then mounted it onto my mirri card.

I mounted it in to the centre of the front of my card.

I then cut four flowers out with the Sue Wilson's
Delicate Daisy complete petal and the open petal die set.

whoopsidaisys challenge card distressed 13th October


Good morning all hope you are all well today we have my Challenge card for whoopsidaisy.
And the theme is Distressed if you are interested in
Joining us just pop along to

For today's card I started with a white square card and I covered it with pale blue card which I distressed around the edges and then a white piece of card.
I wrapped a piece of blue lace around the centre..

I printed off my image from the sassy and classy CD ROM
I distressed the edges of it.
I then matted this onto some blue card.

I then added it to the side of my card
I then tied a really messy bow out of seam binding.
I then added a large rose on to the top of the bow.

To finish off I cut a flower out of blue card
And I added it to the bottom corner.

Hunky dory 21st Birthday





Good morning all well I don't know about you but I think winter is here as its dark in a morning and early at night.
Plus its so cold and wet.
So I'm staying in and getting my own Christmas and Birthday cards done as I've got two 21st' s and three other birthdays all before Christmas.

So today's card is for my Niece who will be 21 on Christmas day.
This card is a 9"+6" 
I covered it with a lilac card and the I covered that with a lovely pretty lilac paper
My topper is from Hunkydorys little book of poems.

This book is well worth having in your stash as
It covers all occasions.

I matted my topper on to lilac card and then on to white.
I then added it to the front of my card just above the centre.

I then tied a bow out of seam binding I added it to the top of my topper but for something different I put
It upside down.

To finish with I cut three flowers out in lilac card
I'm very sorry but I can't remember what this die is called.
