Green House

Good morning all are you all ready for the weekend where as

this week gone.

I'm in the middle of having my bathroom turned in to a wet room

so the house is like a building site.

so I've been playing on my scanncut to relax.

Today's project is a green house as it's called on the USB but

I wouldn't call it that as it's much nicer then a green house.

I used the Home Sweet Home USB for this and I was

very surprised just how quick it all came together.

I only took 30 minutes to cut it out if that and 30 minutes to

put it together I always use red liner tape as this holds it strong.

In the inside I cut and made two black garden benches which I made

and stuck down and I also made two black plant pot.

which I made a rose for each pot and I also added some trailing

plants to the pots.

I added some trailing flower's to the roof and I cut out a butterfly out

of black card and white glitter card which I layered up

and added to the flower's on the roof.

I think the next one I do I will cut the door so it open's.

Vase of flower's 2

Good morning all how are we all doing today Im a little

fed up at the minute my house looks like a bomb as landed as

I'm having my bathroom turned into a wet room and every room 

in the house seems t be as mess plus im moving my craft room

in to another room so its fun here.

Today's project Is made on the scan n cut I made this for my 

sister in laws birthday as she loves flower's but she doesnt get

out much to buy them.

I started off by making the vase and the mats out of lemon card.

I made it up and then I tied a large lemon ribbon around it.

I then made all the flowers using pastel colours for the

stems I used florist wire so thatI could move the flower

heads to where I wanted them to sit.

Put some Oasis into the bottom of the vase so that the stems could

would sit in it.

Photo frame.

Good morning all how are we all today.

Today I thought I would do something different from a card

a have made a photo Frame.

I used my scan n cut to cut this out I used the Tattered Lace

Shaped Cards 2 USB for this

and the design is called Decorative Square Frame.

I cut out my frame out of pink card stock and then I made

a back for it out of yellow card I used Lemon as the flower's 

on Daisy are lemon.

I then printed out Daisy from a Whoopsidaisy cd.

I cut her out on the scan n cut. I added her to the centre of the frame.

Next I tied a Lemon bow which I added to the top corner.

I then cut out two passion flower's out of lemon and pink card.

I added them to the bottom corner. I then I added some small flower's

to the corner so it looks like its trailing.

Thank you card

Good morning all how are you all doing this morning.

Today's card I made for the hospital staff that have been looking after Dad

while he was in hospital. He as now been moved to Rehab so he

Is now on the mend at last.

I have done this card on the scan n cut with a cutting file

I started by making my base card and then I cut three mats

which i layered up.

For the top Mat I used a low shed glitter card which I was surprised

how good it did cut.

I added this to the top of my card.

Next I cut a square mat out of pink and I added it to the centre.

I then cut my sentiment and added it to the centre of my mat.

To finish off with a cut some flowers and I added gems

 to the centre of each flower.

scan n cut foiling sample three

Good morning how are you all today I hope you all

had a lovely weekend.

Today's card is my sample 3 for the foiling kit for the

Scan n Cut. Everything was done on the scan n cut for this one.

I started with a 8"x 8" white card which I mat and layered

with pink and pretty papers.

Next I cut a strip of gold card and I matted with the pretty paper.

I then wrapped a piece of white lace around it and then I

added it to the side of my card.

Next I inked and foiled my topper and I then cut it out 

with the scan n cut.

I added it to the centre of my card.

I then designed a butterfly and I cut it out with the SNC.

I added it to the top corner.

I finished off by designing and making my flower which

I added to the bottom corner. I then added some pearls to the centre of it.

Scan n cut foiling sample 2

Good morning all I hope you are all well on this Sunday 

Today's card Is another sample for the scan n cut foiling kit.

I started of with a 8"x 8" white card.

I cut a mat out of gold mirri card as my base and then a mat

of pretty paper.

Next I cut a strip of leaf paper which I mounted on to gold glitter card.

I added this across the bottom half of my card.

Next I cut a piece of white card that i inked and foiled a rose

in gold foil.

I mounted this on to gold glitter card and then on to green spotty

paper and then on to gold. I added this just off centre of my card.

I inked and foiled the sentiment which I mat and layered on

to gold and patterned Paper I added this to the top corner.

To finish off with I added some glitter gems to the corners.

Scan n cut foiling sample

Good morning all are you all ready for the weekend what

This card was all made on the scan n cut I started off by matting and 

layering my pretty paper and white card up

I then cut a frame for the top of my card in white.

In the centre of the frame I mat and layered the same paper and white card up.

Next with a piece of white card i inked the sentiment on the scan n cut

and then I added the foil.

I then mounted this on to pink card and then on to green card.

I added this to the centre of the frame.

Next using the same paper I designed my own flower on the

scan n cut which I cut several layers I made up two flowers

and I added them to the corners of my card.

To finish off with I added some gems around the frame

and some pearls into the centre of each flower.

Heart with love card

Good morning all I hope you are all well this morning

and I would like to thank you all for your well wishes.

Today's card was made for my friend in Texas who doesnt 

know much about card making so I made this one for her

when see wasnt well.

I used a Tina Fitch cutting file for this one.

I cut out all my card layers on the scan n cut and I layered them

all up with foam pads..

Next I cut out my vase which I added it to the centre of the front of the card.

Using pink card I cut out all the tiny flower heads with the

scan n cut I would never have been able to do this

by hand.

I then added them to the top of the vase.

with white card I cut some flourishes which I added to the vase.

I then cut out my sentiment out of pink card and a mat for it

out of white card. I layered them up and added them to the top corner.

To finish it off i added some gems around the sides.

Photo frame

Good morning all how are you all doing today I hope you

are all well everything here is going well up to now.

Todays project is a photo frame that I made on the scan n cut

I cut out about five layers of the frame which I used foam pads

to layer it up.

I then cut out the tree out of black card and added it to the centre

of the frame.

Next I cut the top layer of the frame and I embossed it to give 

it some texture. I then added a piece of Acetate to the back

of it before I added it to the frame so  it looks like a glass front.

To finish with I cut two butterflies out of black card on the

scan n cut I added them to the corners of the frame.

I real it looks so classy.

I have to say if it wasnt for the scan n cut I would have had to

give up my crafting as I have trouble using my hands

to cut out.

Vase of flowers 1

Good morning all how are you all doing today I hope you

are all well

Today is the first of my vase of flower's that I made on the scan n cut.

I started by making the vase i did the base in white card and then 

I cut the mats out red to match my lounge.

I made my vase up and I added some oasis into the bottom of it.
Next I cut out all the flowers and then I made them up.
I them glued a pipe cleaner to the back of the flower and
then I wrapped the pipe cleaner around a wooden skewer so that
the skewer will stick in the oasis and the pipe cleaner allows the
flower head to be arranged.
I then did the same with the leafs all that you do next is to
arrange them in the vase.

Wishing well

Good morning all hope you are all well and had a

love bank holiday.

Today I have my wishing well that I made on my scan n cut.

I am really enjoying using the scan n cut and building all the

3D things

I have just been asked to go on the Scanncut design teams which

I am so excited about it as I have only have my

machine since christmas.

Whoopsidaisy Challenge

Good morning all its so nice to be back crafting and blogging

I have missed you all but I've been ill then my husband is ill

And to top it off my dad had 4 Heart Attacks last week but he

is getting better now.

Today see's the start of a new challenge over at whoopsiedaisy

so I thought I would do something different for my challenge this month

so Ive made a Lantern from the Scan N cut Romance 2 USB

I started off by making my lantern on the scanncut and I then added

some lights around the bottom

I then made my flowers all on the scanncut which I added to

the bottom and up the side of it.

I then printed out daisy which see is from the whoopsidaisy Cd.

I cut her out using the scanncut.

I added her to the front to finish it off.
